Built as an Amcafe with 51 coach seats on either side of the snack bar in January 1976 and numbered 20012. Converted to an Amdinette with 8 four-place booths, snack bar and 23 coach seats in September 2001 and renumbered 20255. Converted to a Full Dinette having 14 four-place booths and a snack bar in November 2003 and renumbered 28368. Trainline-equipped for push-pull operation in January 2012 and renumbered 43347. With its "Northeast Regional" branding, this car can be found on the Northeast Corridor as well as on Empire Service trains, and rarely on long-distance trains as well.
