The Delaware Division operated their modules for the first time at Seaside Hobbies
open house in August of 2002. John Beck of Seaside Hobbies is the Division sponsor
and also a member of the club. On the layout you can see Bill Mixon's AM Amtrak passenger set,
and some of his chemical tank cars. Chemical tank cars are a rather common sight in Delaware.
Bill Mixon and Chris Johnson, formerly of the W&OD Division, are seen here operating this first layout.
