The Carolinas Division set up the Super 8 layout at the TCA Meet at the State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC on Sunday February 5, 2012.

Set up started at 8 am.

Here, the set up crew is getting the trains and accessories out and hooking up the semaphores.
The layout is almost ready. The Plasticville buildings are out and the accessories are hooked up. Just need some trains to run.

All family members like watching the trains and pushing the buttons.
A freight train waits at the semaphore on the lower siding as the passenger train glides over the bridges.

The trains are running smoothly as Jack, Rhett, and George watch.
